The references are invoiced at the prices valid on the date when the order was taken.
The orders are definitive when payment is received : except for e-cards (limited validity) payment is debited 15 days maximum before Monday of the delivery week chosen by the customer.
Any modification or annulment of orders should be done a week before the delivery week which was recorded at the moment of the order. In the event of a disastrous harvest of the sowing seed or of a major cultivation problem (which is not very likely), we may replace the variety concerned with an equivalent or refund the money by credit note or by cheque.
The products are offered as long as stocks last. When an article has run out we will contact you: the customer will have the choice of adding a product or receiving a credit note or the reimbursement of the exhausted article. In our online boutique the article will be removed.
The customer is responsible for the information he gives us when placing his order : errors made when phrasing his invoice or delivery coordinates cannot be blamed on Jardin Express.
The delivery is carried out by the postal system Colissimo. Our shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday so that the delivery will arrive at your door from Tuesday to Saturday morning.
If you are absent, the postman will leave a notice. According to the post office it may be delivered a second time or kept at the customer’s disposal. You will not be entitled to compensation when the delivery date has been exceeded.
When the delivery is overdue or damaged, the customer will accept the package, make a reservation and contact Jardin Express so that the damaged articles can be replaced or reimbursed when the article has run out.
An article can only be returned after a prior agreement with Jardin Express.
